I know absolutely nothing about cars brought my car to Chad Kennedy and said I have $1500 as a budget for you to fix the transmission in a Mercedes S class.I came back the next day after leaving a $150 deposit and said after pulling out the money ( 1350 ) how much do I owe you, he looked at me and said “ I actually owe you money out of the 150 you gave me yesterday ! “I was in complete shock. This man knew I had no knowledge on cars and was willing to give him $1500 to fix the transmission. He told me the transmission fluid was empty and it only cost him money to get the fluid and put it in and now it works perfectly!Obviously, I told him to keep the change, thanked him for his honesty and perfect work on the car, and promised, I would share my experience with others.Your honesty in this day and age in the car business is refreshing Chad keep up the great work all the best in 2023

I left my car for oil change around March 2021, got a call from mechanic after 2 hours that all 4 brake pads & rotors are in very bad shape and needs to be changed asap. Luckily I didn't have $800 extra that day.I took my car to 2 different places same week and both said that brakes are fine. After 20 months of your inspection I got front brake pads/rotors changed this winter and other 2 are still working fine, It's been 2 years since your guy inspected my car.Never visited this shop after that & not recommending.

I enjoyed their customer service and I really appreciated the tech that they use to send you photos of everything, broken down, with details. I have edited my review as they responded quickly and sent me a quote that reflects a similar parts price to that of the manufacturer.

These folks have been looking after my cars for 10 years now! I trust them to help me maintain my vehicle and get the most value out the car. They always let me know what’s needed now, and what can wait. And when my last car started needing more attention they helped me understand when it was time time to let her go :). Highly recommend. No shenanigans here.

This was the first time I had gone to Chad Kennedy's Autopro to have work done on my car (brakes, rotors and calibre). The service was excellent! I definitely recommend them.

Been there couple of times. Did all the work professionally. Online booking is really convenient too however the amount they charge as labor is too high. For an oil change, change one tire pressure sensor and clean all the brakes cost $400, which for me seems too much. Other than this everything is good.

I had an appointment for Tuesday, I was told I could bring the car in early on Friday and they would see if they could get it looked at sooner. I originally booked the appointment thinking there was an issue with my coolant system. However, I discovered my cooling fan actually was not turning on. I sent an email letting them know the change of concern and when I dropped the car off, I again let them know the concern (the fan). Friday afternoon I received a call telling me nothing is wrong with the car. I asked if they checked the cooling fan and he told me no he didn’t but would at a later time. I email Tuesday for an update (my original appointment time) and I received a call telling me the person taking care of my car wasn’t actually in that day but the other person would take a look at it. I, once again stated my concern and he said it would be looked into. I received another call a bit later telling me the car was taken on a test drive and nothing was wrong. I asked if the cooling fan was checked. It was not and I was told if I left it an additional day they would look into it then. I ended up finding elsewhere to take my car as I felt I wasn’t being heard here and picked it up the following morning instead.The staff were nice. They kept reminding me of my warranty and that if I could get into a dealer it would be best. However the fact that no one looked into my concern is incredibly frustrating. They gave me 50% off but I still had to pay for them to look at everything except the only thing I wanted them to look at.UPDATE: In response to your reply - how did you know it worked fine if I was told on both driving tests no one checked it at all? Also, I took it elsewhere this morning and received a call back a few hours later letting me know they found why the fan was in fact - not working - and were able to fix it and have it ready for pickup before 5PM. :)

I came here to get my AC looked at today in my Subaru and the process could not have been better. The service advisors are absolutely lovely, the techs are wonderful, and they give excellent customer service. I am seriously considering breaking up with my dealership and going here full time. We couldn't get the part the day of (the only one they could find was at the dealer and was on backorder, despite my service advisor searching far and wide on my behalf) so they booked me in for a future service. Great job, guys and gals. I'll be back for sure. These guys are awesome!
